Due to the fact that our cabinets may not meet your project specifications, it is required that this specification sheet become an addendum to all purchase orders and contracts.Carcasses: 3/4" particle board with white melamine on both sides. Front edge of carcasses will be edge banded with a vinyl color to closely match the door colors. Carcasses are built in the traditional American style with full height gabled end panels. We have no plastic legs that easily break off, common on imported cabinets. All cabinets are built in three inch increments requiring fillers. We do supply batten/screen moulding were cabinets meet the walls.
Bases: are 30” tall plus 4” toe kick, 25” deep including doors. All base cabinets will require build up or subtops. Standard pulls included in bid.
Linens & Pantries: come in heights 84”, 90” and 96” tall including 4” toe kick, 25” or 22” deep including doors. All linens and pantries require the openings to be sheet rocked a minimum of three inches deep on the top and both sides. Standard pulls included in bid.
Walls: are available in heights 30”, 36” and 42” tall, 13” deep including doors. Carcasses wider than 33” will have a vertical center support. Carcasses 24" tall or less will not have shelves. Top and bottom of all wall hung cabinets will have a white melamine finish. Standard pulls are included in bid.
Vanities: are available in two heights; 30” high plus 4” toe kick or 27” high plus 4” toe kick, and are 22” deep including doors. All vanity cabinets will require build up or subtops. Standard pulls are included in bid.
Shelves : are 3/4" white melamine on both sides with 0.6 mm white vinyl edge banding. All shelves are full depth and adjustable.
Drawers : are powder coated meta-box style with white metal sides having 20" long runners on kitchen base cabinets. Bottoms and backs will be 5/8" or 3/4" particle board with white melamine on both sides and vinyl edge banding.
All cabinets will have hard board white melamine full back panels except oven housing carcasses.
Hinges will be fully adjustable 110-degree Euro style.
Matching toe kick material will be included for all base and vanity cabinets, shipped in 7’ or 8’ lengths. Base shoe is not included with our standard bids.
All cabinets will be shipped with unfinished ends. All finished end panels will be flat, 3/4" particle board with white melamine on one side and matching thermal-foil or real wood veneer matching the door material and color on the exposed side.
